Temasek Cares - Programme to Provide Family Social Work
Partner: Assumption Pathway School
This pilot programme provides family social work for students who come from challenging home environments. A team of social workers will visit families in need and provide counseling or link them up to existing social help schemes.

Temasek Cares – Programme to Engage Parents of At-risk Students
Partner: Northlight School
The programme helps at-risk students to build familial bonds and overcome challenges in the home. A Parents Coordinator has been recruited to organise more activities and to work with families.

Temasek Cares – Programme to Provide Continuing Support for Graduates
Partner: Northlight School
The programme provides continuing support for Northlight graduates to help them adjust to their new school or work environment. An Alumni Coordinator has been recruited to increase the level of support given.

EQUAL (Equine-Assisted Learning)
Partner: Equestrian Federation of Singapore
The EQUAL programme helps youths to learn life and vocational skills through horse riding and caring for the horses.

The Yellow Ribbon Fund - Temasek Cares STAR Award
Partner: The Yellow Ribbon Fund
The STAR Award is a programme that offers bursaries to financially needy ex-offenders for vocational training to help them gain employment.


FY 2009-2010

YouthReach
Partner: Singapore Association for Mental Health
Youthreach helps children and youths with mental illness to cope with their illness and to reintegrate into society. Funding from Temasek Cares will help to enhance the programme with a mentorship component and a 24-hour helpline.

Temasek Cares - Employment Support Services
Partner: Singapore Anglican Community Services
A programme by Temasek Cares and Singapore Anglican Community Services to help persons recovering from mental illness to gain employment and to reintegrate into society.
