A programme to help Assumption Pathway School build capability in managing students with learning disabilities. A team of learning specialists will help students access the school’s curriculum. Funding for the programme has been extended for another year.

Partner: KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
A programme by Temasek Cares and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital to support parents and caregivers of children with developmental needs. The extended programme caters to more parents of children from special schools, pre-schools and the community.
Education Trust Fund / Temasek Cares - Academic and Life Skills Coaching
Partner: Yayasan MENDAKI
A programme by Temasek Cares and Yayasan MENDAKI to help equip Malay/Muslim students in ITE with academic and life skills. The aim of the programme is to help them to excel in school and obtain their NITEC certificate.

Ageing In Place @Tanjong Rhu
Partner: St Hilda's Community Services Centre
This pilot programme provides community-based healthcare services through a neighbourhood rehabilitation centre and home visits to elderly residents in Tanjong Rhu estate.

Partner: KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
A programme by Temasek Cares and KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital to support parents and caregivers of children with developmental needs. Parents and caregivers go through a course that teaches them how to build better behaviour in their children.
Temasek Cares - Special Needs Building Capability Project
Partner: National Council of Social Service (NCSS)
The Temasek Cares – Special Needs Building Capability Project aims to build capabilities in the Special Needs sector. The programme offers scholarships, study awards and training grants to help attract more therapists, early intervention teachers and other professionals to the sector as well as to upgrade the skills of in-service workers.

Temasek Cares - SPICE
Partner: Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
Temasek Cares – SPICE (Singapore Programme for the Integrated Care of the Elderly) is a programme that provides integrated and community-based medical, nursing and social services for the frail elderly. The pilot programme provides an alternative to nursing homes so that the elderly can age at home surrounded by their loved ones.

Temasek Cares – Healthcare Building Capability Project aims to help build capabilities of Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) in Singapore. The programme offers scholarships, study awards and training grants to help attract more nurses and allied health professionals to the sector as well as to upgrade the skills of in-service workers.
Young Caregivers
Partner: HCA Hospice Care
A programme to nurture the young to be caregivers to the elderly and elderly sick through helping them to develop a sense of empathy towards the elderly and showing them ways of caring. Students from upper primary to tertiary level will participate in educational workshops under their school's curriculum and will have the opportunity to interact with the elderly and elderly sick by visiting hospices and other centres for the elderly.

Temasek Cares - Therapy Outreach Programme for Pre-Schoolers
Partner: Society for the Physically Disabled
Temasek Cares - TOPPS is an early-intervention programme for pre-school children with mild to moderate development delays to help them manage their disorder and to be able to progress to mainstream primary schools.
