Mr Richard R Magnus has served the Legal Service for 40 years, and was conferred The Public Administration Medal (GoldBar) and the Meritorious Service Medal for his contributions to the Singapore Judiciary in 2003 and 2009 respectively. Apart from his chairmanship of the Casino Regulatory Authority, he is also Board member of the Land Transport authority and a member of the Bioethics Advisory Committee. |

Ms Vemala K Rajamanickam now serves as consultant to Allen & Gledhill, having been part of the firm as Partner since 1977 and as advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 1971, until she retired in 2009. |

Mr Benedict Cheong is CEO of Temasek Foundation. Prior to this, he was the CEO of the National Council of Social Service. He also served in the Singapore Police Force for 15 years in various appointments at headquarters and in the operational units. |
Mr Goh Yong Siang joined Temasek Holdings in August 2006. Previously, he worked in the private equity sector and was President of ST Engineering (USA). He also served in the Singapore Armed Forces, retiring as Chief of the Air Force in 1998. |
